Orange Creamsicle Slush

Two minutes in the kitchen and this refreshing dessert is yours! Don’t let its yummy taste fool you: It’s unbelievably easy to make and, best of all, you’ll experience no blood glucose spikes afterwards.

Servings: 2 - ½ cup each
Yields: 1 cup


1 cup (5 oz) frozen mandarin oranges
4 teaspoons FIFTY50 Low Glycemic Fructose Granulated Sweetener
½ cup 2% milk
¼ cup light cream
ground ginger, to taste (optional)


  1. Place the first four ingredients (mandarin oranges through light cream) in the bowl of a food processor. Blend for 90 seconds or until the oranges are finely chopped.
  2. Pour mixture into two wide brimmed glasses, accompanied by two spoons.
  3. Sprinkle with ginger, if using.

Serve immediately.
